What we look at together
The questions your customers ask
We write down five or six questions a real customer would type or say before choosing a provider in your category and area, and agree which of them matter most to your revenue.
Who gets named instead
We try a few of those questions in common assistants during the call and note which businesses are named and which sources they lean on. Answers change from run to run, so treat it as a sample and not a ranking.
What your own site gives them
Service pages, location detail, structured data, reviews and directory listings. We check whether an assistant could find a clear, current statement of what you do and where, and whether your robots.txt blocks the crawlers that feed these tools.
Whether paid work makes sense
If assistants already name you, or nobody in your category gets named at all, a paid audit would change little and we will say so. Otherwise we explain what the audit covers and how it is priced, and you decide later.
Who should join
The owner or marketing lead who knows which customers are worth the most. If someone else manages your website or listings, ask them to join for the last ten minutes, as most of the changes land with them.
Before the call
Write down the suburbs or regions you serve and two or three competitors you lose work to. It also helps to know who can edit your website and your Google Business Profile.
Please keep customer names and private records out of the booking form. Business names, public web pages and public reviews are fine to talk about.

Is the consultation free?
Yes. Thirty minutes at no charge, with no commitment to the audit or any other paid work.
Who runs the call?
A consultant from the Yes AI group, which builds and runs AI Found from Melbourne. The invitation comes from the Yes AI team calendar and includes the video link.
Can you guarantee an assistant will recommend us?
No. Nobody controls what these tools say, and their answers shift between runs and model updates. What can be checked is whether the information they draw on about your business is clear, consistent and easy to find.
Which times can I book?
Any weekday start from 9am to 6:30pm Melbourne time, at least two hours from now, other than Victorian public holidays. Times appear in your own time zone, for example Brisbane (AEST) or Perth (AWST).
What should I have ready?
Your website address, your main services and the areas you cover. A list of competitors is useful but optional.
How do I move or cancel the booking?
Reply to the invitation or ring (03) 9003 0111. Reminder emails arrive beforehand, plus an SMS if you give a mobile number.
